On Saturday, October 24, 2026 we are upgrading the payments engine that powers wallets, withdrawals and commission statements. The work starts at 02:00 UTC and should finish by 04:00 UTC.

What to expect

• The back office stays online, but wallets and payout requests are read-only during the window.
• Commissions keep accruing as normal and appear in your wallet once we are back.
• Payouts approved before 02:00 UTC are sent as scheduled. Later ones are released after 04:00 UTC.

You do not need to do anything. If you plan to withdraw this week, submit your request before Friday, October 23 at 18:00 UTC so it is processed ahead of the window.
