How long is a password reset link valid?

30 minutes. After that, request a new one from the Forgot password page.

It protects your commissions and payouts: a stolen password alone is not enough to sign in.

I do not have a sponsor ID

Leave the field empty when you register and you will be placed under the company until a sponsor claims you.
