Implement end-to-end encrypted WebRTC audio/video call tunneling between authenticated mobile patient clients and doctor web dashboards. Ensure STUN/TURN failover handles hospital firewalls seamlessly.

Technical Requirements:

256-bit AES peer-to-peer encryption for HIPAA compliance.
Auto-reconnect fallback mechanism within 3.5 seconds of packet loss.
Low-latency video resolution adapter for 3G/4G bandwidth constraints.

Coturn cluster is deployed and passing NAT traversal tests. Starting on mobile client canvas controls today.
