Commission for last week missing from my wallet

Hi team, my weekly commission for Oct 12 to 18 should have reached my wallet on Tuesday. The earnings page shows $1,284.50 as approved, but my wallet balance has not changed at all. Could you check what is going on? I planned to withdraw on Friday.

Finance batch FIN-2210 failed at 02:10 for 14 wallets (timeout). The re-run is scheduled for 09:00 and Chloe’s wallet is on the failed list. Do not promise a time until the re-run result is confirmed.
