When are commissions paid out?
Commissions follow a weekly cycle. This guide explains when each week closes, when the money reaches your wallet and what can delay a payout.
The weekly commission cycle
Every sale and renewal in your network earns commission as soon as it is paid and verified. Commissions are grouped into weekly periods that close on Tuesday at 02:00 UTC. Everything approved before the cut-off is included in that week’s payout, and anything approved afterwards moves to the next period.
Your back office shows the running total of the current week under Earnings, so you always know what is queued for the next payout.
Payout schedule by package
The cut-off is the same for everyone. What changes with your package is how soon the money reaches your wallet and how much you need before you can withdraw it.
| Package | Cut-off | Paid to wallet | Minimum withdrawal |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | Tuesday 02:00 UTC | Thursday | $50 |
| Silver | Tuesday 02:00 UTC | Wednesday | $50 |
| Gold | Tuesday 02:00 UTC | Wednesday | $25 |
| Platinum | Tuesday 02:00 UTC | Tuesday, 06:00 UTC | None |
Good to know. Moving money from your wallet to your bank is a separate step. Withdrawals are reviewed within one business day.
When a commission is held
A commission can be held back for review instead of being paid out. The most common reasons are:
- A refund or chargeback is pending on the sale that earned it.
- Identity verification (KYC) is not complete yet.
- The payment on the order was flagged for a manual check.
Held commissions are released as soon as the review closes, and they appear in the next weekly period.
How to check the status of a payout
- Open Earnings in your back office.
- Choose the week you want to check.
- Read the status next to the payout: Queued, Processing, Paid or Held.
- Select a held payout to see the reason and what to do next.
