Import leads

Bring prospects in from a spreadsheet in three steps: upload a CSV file, match its columns to lead fields, then check every row before anything reaches the pipeline.

Add a single lead

1. Upload a CSV file

One lead per row, with the column names in the first row.

Before you upload

  • Full name and Email are required. Every other column is optional.
  • Use the source and package names listed under the table. Matching ignores capital letters.
  • Rows with an email that is already a lead are flagged as duplicates.

Expected columns

The template downloads exactly this table. The two rows are examples, so replace them with your own leads.

Import options

Round robin gives each team member the same number of new leads.

Choose who follows these leads up.

Lowercase letters, numbers and dashes. Added to every imported lead so you can find them later.

Use 2 to 30 lowercase letters, numbers or dashes.

6 rows need fixes and will not be imported. Five have no email address and one has a package name we do not recognise. Correct them in your sheet and import that file again.
